You can register a member account through one Degree platform. You need to provide your mobile phone number and set your own password. If you only need to use browsing and searching services, you do not need to register a one-degree member account and provide the above information, but you will not be able to use the services related to one-degree member, such as membership growth value, membership level premium price, and registration as a one-degree professional service member.
If you provide an additional email address during the registration process, it will help us to provide you with better services and experience (for example, to send you product monthly, latest events and other information). However, if you do not provide an email address, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the membership service.
When you log in and use one Degree membership service, one degree may require you to input (for example, if the user is a child, parents or guardians need to input) nickname/user name (do not use real name or other names that can identify specific individuals as nickname/user name), birthday/age.
If you only need to use browsing and searching services, you do not need to register an ACCOUNT and provide the above information, but you will not be able to enjoy the relevant services only after registering and logging in to an account.
- Help you to complete the ordering and order management
When you order a specific product/service on the official platform of One Degree, we will generate an order for you to purchase the product/service through the system. During online ordering, you should at least provide the name, address and contact number of your consignee/service recipient. When purchasing products/services from offline direct stores/special maintenance stations, you need to provide the name, address and contact number of the consignee only when you need us to send you products (such as chargers and data cables); At the same time, the order will specify the product/service information you purchased, the specific order number, the time when the order was created, and the amount you should pay. We collect this information for the purpose of helping you successfully complete the transaction, ensuring the security of your transaction, querying order information, providing customer service and after-sales services and other purposes expressly stated by us. You may also fill in the fixed telephone number, email address and other information of the consignee/service recipient in the remarks to ensure accurate delivery of the products/services, but not filling in this information will not affect the creation of your order. If you want to obtain the invoice, you also need to provide your name, company name, company taxpayer identification number, address, telephone number, opening bank and account number. If you need a refund, you will also need to provide your passport number and other information requested by the state authorities. If you need us to provide other services during the process of placing an order, you may need to provide the personal information required for the implementation of such services, for which we will obtain your authorization and consent separately.
When you order products/services for others through the official platform of One Degree, you need to provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual subscriber, and you should ensure that you have obtained the consent of the actual subscriber. If personal information of the child is involved, you should obtain the consent of the child’s parents or guardian before providing it.
In order to facilitate your understanding, query and management of order information, we will collect and show you the order information generated during your use of our products/services.
- Help you complete payment and refund
After placing an order, you may choose the payment services provided by the third-party payment institutions (such as UnionPay, Alipay, wechat, Alipay and other payment channels, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Payment institutions”) cooperating with One Degree. One Degree does not collect your personal information through the payment function itself, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions, and obtain corresponding payment information (for example, payment completion status, etc.) from the payment institutions to help you complete the payment. If you choose to pay unionPay, we will collect your bank card number (we will provide your bank card number to UnionPay, but we will not store your bank card number), the payment identification number assigned to you by UnionPay and other personal information that UnionPay requires us to collect and share.
When you apply for a 7-day return without any reason (only for products with 7-day return without any reason), you need to provide the order information of the order involved. For non-self-service return applications, please refer to “Customer Service and after-sales Service for you”.
- Help you complete the delivery of products/services
When you place an order online and select the delivery service, or place an order in offline stores/special maintenance stations and need us to deliver the products for you, the third-party distribution companies (including SF Express, EMS, hereinafter collectively referred to as “the delivery company”) cooperating with YIDu will complete the delivery of the products/services for you. You understand and agree that the distribution company cooperating with ONE Degree will use your order information (including the name, address and contact number of the consignee/service recipient) to ensure the safe delivery of the products/services you ordered.
- Provide customer service and after-sales service for you
In order to protect your account and system security, we require you to provide the order number or other personal information that you agree and provide to verify your identity when you contact us or submit applications for pre-sale, in-sale, post-sale or dispute settlement. Please understand that we may not be able to respond to your service requests (for example, change of delivery address, contact person or telephone number of products/services) if you refuse to provide specific personal information that results in an inability to complete the identity verification.
For the convenience of contacting you, helping you solve problems as soon as possible or recording solutions and results of related problems, we may save records of your communication/call with us and relevant content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave), We will use your account information and order information if you consult, complain or provide suggestions for specific orders. We may judge whether you can enjoy the corresponding services according to your membership type and network log information. - Help you find offline stores

When you use business functions, One Degree APP (Android version and IOS version) will apply to you for the following system permissions related to personal information:
1) Camera permissions (additional functions) : If you want to use the “Scan” function to upload directly taken photos when Posting on the forum, or upload directly taken photos when using the online customer service function, you need to open the camera permissions to yidu APP.
2) Address book/phone permissions (additional functions) : If you want to directly call offline stores/special maintenance stations, you need to open the address book/phone permissions to Yidu APP.

4) Photo/album permission (additional function) : If you want to upload pictures from mobile phone album to 1DEGREE APP, or download pictures from 1Degree APP to your mobile phone album (for example, download electronic invoice, etc.), you need to open the photo/album permission to 1Degree APP.
5) Storage-related permissions (additional functions) (Android version only) : If you want to use the functions based on upload and download, you need to grant storage-related permissions to One Degree APP (Android version).
The above 5 system permissions are not required for us to provide products/services to you through one Degree APP (Android version and IOS version). Enabling these additional function permissions can bring you better user experience. You can choose whether to grant these additional functions to One Degree APP (Android version and IOS version). Please be fully aware and understand that if you do not grant the permission of some additional functions, you will not be able to use the corresponding additional functions, but you will not be affected to continue to use the basic functions of One Degree APP (Android version and IOS version).
When you use business functions, Ondisplay APP (Android version and IOS version) will apply to you for the following system permissions related to personal information:
